1. OUR REFUND POLICY
1.1 Our refund policy applies if one of the 3 following options occurs:
(a) A User can not cancel booking (after the Booking Request is accepted by the platform) as stated in our Terms of Service;
(b) A User notifies a complaint to Transit Network: If the complaint is considered to be valid by Transit Network, Transit Network will decide (in its absolute discretion) on the amount to be refunded to the User. For the avoidance of doubt, Transit Network will not consider making a refund where the User is in material breach of the Terms of Service. For a complaint to be considered valid by Transit Network (acting reasonably), the User shall notify Transit Network within 30 minutes of such complaint and cooperate with Transit Network.
